Jason Mraz has been known for the many catchy love tunes he has produced since the early 2000’s. Currently touring in support of his latest record, Know, Mraz brought his Good Vibes to Merriweather Post Pavilion and let me just say it was so nice to enjoy a show that wasn’t fast paced for once.
Mraz took the stage with nothing but a huge smile on his face. The lawn was full, the pavilion was full as well as the seating on the floor just in front of him was full, the fans applauded as he took the stage opening up with Surround Me. With two hours of hits Mraz wasted no time on stage, he even introduced his band early on in the set which was nice because he individually pointed them out. Mraz has a pretty solid discography and he made sure to play a good twenty song setlist to the crowd that sang along the entire night. To name off a few songs Mraz played included Living in the Moment, his very well known single I’m Yours and a medley of Geek in the Pink / Work in Progess / Curbside Prophet / The Remedy (I Won’t Worry). Not to mention later on in the set he played I Won’t Give Up which is another popular single of his as well. Mraz seemed to genuinely enjoy himself on stage, the fans gave off such a positive vibe as the night grew to an end. Mraz ended his set with Have It All.
