When two rock bands, one from the states and one from across the pond team up and create a co-headlining tour with another insanely talented band you get a night full of good music, sweaty mosh pits and crowd surfers coming from different angles.
Nothing More and Asking Alexandria take over the states along with Atreyu and Eva Under Fire for a summer co headlining tour and lets just say this is a tour you wouldn’t want to miss.
Eva Under Fire took the stage to get things warmed up and then Atreyu brought it up a notch getting the packed venue ready for the two headliners.
After two energetic sets from the support bands, first up was Asking Alexandria. The lights went out and the back lights lit up the stage as the guys took the stage. The last time the AA guys were in the DMV area was opening up for A Day to Remember at The Anthem in Washington DC. So of course there was going to be a heavy AA fan base here considering they’re insanely good live. Asking Alexandria had a pretty lengthy set which consisted of sixteen songs some older material and some newer material were mixed together. Check out their setlist below:
Alone Again
The Final Episode (Let’s Change the Channel)
Antisocialist
They Don’t Want What We Want (And They Don’t Care)
The Violence
Run Free
Dedication
Someone, Somewhere
Never Gonna Learn
New Devil

Alone in a Room
After an insane set from Asking Alexandria it was time for Nothing More to take the stage, the lights went out and strobes of red light took over the stage with a massive amount of fog with the intro to Turn It Up Like (Stand in the Fire). Just a few days before frontman Johnny Hawkins was under the weather with a stomach bug, and even recovering from that he absolutely went above and beyond during Nothing More’s set here at the Fillmore in Silver Spring. In my honest opinion, they needed a longer setlist because the energy and overall show is hands down amazing. Nothing More played a thirteen song setlist that included a good handful of fan favorites. Check out Nothing More’s setlist below:
Turn It Up Like (Stand in the Fire)
Let ’em Burn
