Australian metal-core rockers Parkway Drive brought their current headlining tour, The Unbreakable Tour to The Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD and totally blew the roof off this venue.
Not only did the openers, Counterparts and We Came As Romans pull out all the stops, Parkway Drive succeeded to pass every fans expectations during their 14-song set-list. Opening up the night was a band all the way from Canada was Counterparts. Counterparts played a good handful of their most popular songs such as “Stranger”, “Outlier”,”The Disconnect” and “Burn”. Up next was We Came As Romans. Despite recently losing their drummer due to conflict of interest, the band still went on playing set-list full of many songs old and new. The band played many different songs off various of records of theirs such as “Present”, “Future and Past”, “Tear It Down”, “Regenerate”. They closed their set with one of their most popular hit, “Hope”.
When Parkway Drive finally walked on stage and opened with Crushed, it was met with deafening crowd response as they all went crazy. When the band played “Carrion”, the first two notes sent the crowd into one giant mosh pit. Parkway Drive played such a great set-list on this tour that consisted of a 14 song set-list which had songs such as “Karma”, “Sleepwalker” and “Dedicated”. During Dedicated co2 cryo and confetti went crazy as the crowds energy picked up more and more as the band played hits such as “Devils Calling”, “Wild Eyes” and “Horizons”. As the night came to an end the band closed the night with “Bottom Feeder”.
