GO LIVE: WIZ KHALIFA & LOGIC TEAM UP FOR A MASSIVE CO-HEADLINING TOUR AND MAKES A STOP IN BURGETTSTOWN PA!

    Right outside of Pittsburgh in Burgettstown Pennsylvania, on August 28th at the Pavilion at Star Lake the Vinyl Verse Tour with a tour package that is completely insane (IN A GOOD WAY) made a stop and gave fans one hell of a show.

    This was a hometown show for a few people on this tour including Fedd the God and of course the very well loved Wiz Khalifa. Can we also take the time to acknowledge that every artist on this tour paid a tribute and performed in honor of the late great Mac Miller, whom also was a well loved Pittsburgh native. (RIP Mac, you’re very well missed).

    Kicking things off on the Vinyl Verse tour was one of Logic’s artists who is signed to Bobbyboy Records, C Dot Castro. Castro performed a few hits of his including his latest single  After getting the energy started in between set changes DJ Drama kept the energy going performing and interacting with the crowd. After the stage was cleared Fedd the God took the stage next to perform a slew of songs and even managed to get the crowd rowdier considering he paid homage to his hometown Pittsburgh, that really got the crowd going.

    After two energetic sets from both C Dot Castro and Fedd the God, 24kGoldn took the stage. You may know him from his biggest hit Mood. This guy has blown up pretty fast, from performing in smaller clubs to being on a massive amphitheater tour. A few songs that 24kGoldn performed included City of Angels, Coco, In My Head and of course he ended his set with Mood.

    With a brief intermission and a DJ set from DJ Drama, Logic took the stage next, leaving Wiz Khalifa closing out the night in his hometown. This is just be being biased (Me personally I am a huge Logic fan, from the same town, always have been a fan since day one) but Logic hands down never disappoints. He even took the stage and stated he was battling a cold and he still put on one hell of a show. The thing I love about Logic is he connects to his fans in the crowd, he even took the time to chat with a fan who flew all the way from Canada to attend the show. Now that is pure Rattpack dedication. And of course, Logic did a remix of a Mac Miller song, dedicating it to him. Literally pulled at my heart strings. Logic has a pretty wide discography and he managed to perform from a slew of them which included Flexicution, Gang Related, Keanu Reeves, Fade Away and the song he collaborated with Marshmellow with, Everyday. The fans went absolutely crazy during Logic, who indeed spread the message of Peace, Love and Positivity.

    After one hell of a set from Logic, it was time for the hometown hero, WIZ KHALIFA!!!!! Wiz took the stage in high fashion, he was on an elevated platform as he opened up with We Dem Boyz, the crowd instantly went wild. From the first song all the way up to the last it was high energy throughout the whole entire night. But what made it even more special to the Khalifa camp was it was a hometown show and everybody was just vibing all night long. To name a few songs that made up Wiz’s setlist included Black and Yellow, You and Your Friends, Bad Ass Bitches, So High, Roll Up, Mezmorized and during See You Again, Wiz Khalifa dedicated this song to all of the late rappers we have lost within the past few years and those he memorized included Young Dolph, Tupac, Juice Wrld, xxxtentacion, Nipsey Hussle, DMX, Drakeo the Ruler,  of course Mac Miller and many more. Wiz Khalifa also dedicated the song to the late actor Paul Walker, whom was in the Fast and Furious movies where this song was apart of one of the soundtracks.

    This tour was one for the books, full of talent, full of good vibes, and according to Wiz, the best weed. We can’t wait to see what these artists are up to next!
