Some people may not know that the MGM Casino at National Harbor also hosts a slew of different musicians and artists at their theater. Tonight was a special night, it seemed like it was date night at the harbor. And what better way to spend a date night with your significant other (or with friends/family) then getting serenaded by the legendary Boyz II Men.
As the theater slowly started to fill up, the crowd got antsy as they waited for the guys to take the stage. Boyz II Men is a trio made up of Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman and Nathan Morris. Roughly around eight-thirty or so the lights went out and out came the men of the hour. The crowd instantly rose from their seats as they sang along to the opening song, Motownphilly. The men interacted with fans, getting them engaged and dancing to the music, from the very front row of the floor seating all the way to the back of the theater.
Boyz II Men played a setlist consisting of their own materials and a few covers in their setlist as well as their own material as well. Lets just say, if you are looking to get out of the house and want to be serenaded, make sure you get yourself to a Boyz II Men show, they are fantastic.
