G Eazy, Lil Uzi Vert, Ty Dolla Sign & co bring the heat and thunder (Literally) to Virginia Beach at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheatre. The crowd filled in the venue all the way from the barricade to the seating and all the way up to the lawn. Despite the torrential downpour, the weather turned out in the fans favor and it made for a memorable night.
Up first Ty Dolla Sign came up with a huge smile on his face as the crowd grew loud. Fans seemed to be very familiar with Ty Dolla Sign which usually openers fans don’t know how to react, well most fans. Ty Dolla Sign played so many hits of his as well as a few that he sings on with some big name artists. A setlist consisting of thirteen songs such as his own Paranoid, Pineapple and Or Nah. The songs that were covered during his time on stage were Wi Khalifa’s You And Your Friends, 2 Chainz’s It’s a Vibe and Post Malone’s Psycho.
Ty Dolla Sign
After Ty Dolla Sign, Lil Uzi Vert was due to take the stage. I’ve been so excited to see Lil Uzi for quite some time now. The fog over powered the stage and his DJ got everyone pumped up right before he took the stage opening up with Drippin & Swaggin. Lil Uzi’s set was absolutely full of energy. From the best part of Uzi’s set has to be his little shoulder shimmy he does, it’s absolutely adorable! Lil Uzi Vert kept the crowd entertained by playing hits such as 444+222, Sauce It Up, The Way Life Goes and his most popular single XO Tour Life.

After Lil Uzi Vert tore up the stage it was time for the man of the hour, the “legend” the dude who’s always going to be better than MGK (Just saying) G Eazy! Thank god the weather cleared up before the concert started because I would’ve been so totally bummed if they had to postpone/cancel this show. G’s stage had three LED panels dividing up the stage, as the intro to Pray To Me began. The middle screen rose up to a silhouette of G Eazy taking the stage. One of G Eazy’s biggest headlining tour to date has been an absolute success. With a solid lineup supporting him as well as some big hits of his you know damn well this tour will be one of the best ones of the summer. From the support acts all the way to the production I had no complaints whatsoever.
GEazy
G Eazy played a twenty-two song setlist and the fans went nuts song after song. Not to mention the surprise guest G brings out later in the night. A few hits played during the night included 1942, Sober, The Beautiful & Damned and also a medley if That’s A Lot/Lotta That/ Forbes. Not only did he play his own hits he also threw in a cover of Post Malone’s Same Bitches; a track G also was featured on. Now back to that little surprise, G Eazy brought out his lady Halsey to perform their hottest duet Him & I. That was probably the best song of the night and so glad it seems as if they’re back together! About damn time lol! After Halsey & G performed their hit single, he ended the night with one of the songs that really blew him up, Me, Myself & I then he ended the night with No Limit (yes there was a cameo of Cardi B included).
