The Luv is 4 Ever tour really speaks for its self. The love by the for these two insanely talented artists was quite proven as J.I.D and Smino have two back to back sold out shows.
The first night of the two sold out shows, the fans lined around the block, patiently waiting until doors open to get as close as they can to the barricade. There were two openers before the headliners took the stage, getting the fans pumped up.
Night one, Smino took the stage first and the crowd was energetic and full of life. The production on this tour is insane, a lifted stage with a back lit led heart took over the stage. The fans filled the room with a loud roar when Smino took the stage, he opened up with Klink. From front to back, side to side it was filled with eager and energetic fans. From the start of the set to the end they sang each song word for word back to Smino as he smiled with pride.
Being a co-headliner he only got an hour to shine but it was worth while. Smino performed a fifteen song setlist consisting of Flea Flicks, 90 Proof, I Deserve, Wild Irish Roses, Pro Freak and he ended his set with No L’s. Check out Smino’s full setlist below:

After an electrifying set from Smino, it was time for J.I.D to take the stage. Not going to lie, I was pretty excited for this set in particular because a few years ago I was introduced to J.I.D when he opened up for Logic and I was a fan ever since. Its crazy to see how he has grown into the artist he is and even co-headlining on his own tour that has been selling out in many cities.
The band took the stage, then J.I.D took the stage, stood right between the two hearts as he opened up his set with Galaxy. With J.I.D being the closing headliner he got a little more time on stage and the fans were in it for the long haul after being on their feet and packed liked sardines for the past several hours. The setlist he performed last night was packed full of hits including some Dreamville covers, which were Down Bad and Stick. To name off a few songs J.I.D performed included Off da Zoinkys, Just in Time, Off Deez, 151 Rum and ended his set with 2007. Check out J.I.D’s full setlist below:
