Scottish singer songwriter Aaron Smith has revealed his brand-new single “Nocturnal,” out now via Platoon. Opening with a delicate piano arrangement, “Nocturnal” is an unguarded, personal track that sees Smith address both hopes and anxieties as he confesses, “Can’t look at myself now / because I’m on a raincloud / turning nocturnal.” Building into an emotive chorus that showcases Smith’s soaring signature vocals, the track’s subtle harmonies and electronic elements are provided by London-based pop duo, Oh Wonder.
