Noah Cyrus announced yesterday via Facebook Live that she will be releasing her song “Almost Famous” today. Cyrus is nominated for an MTV Video Music Award for Best New Artist, and will be in attendance for the main ceremony this Sunday in Inglewood, California. The up-and-coming pop singer announced last week that she will be opening for Katy Perry on the Witness World Tour this fall from September 19 through November 1, 2017.
